The reason for me to go to the Netherlands was to find a higher salary and better working conditions combined with a higher standard of living. I decided to go with an agency, because it was the first time for to move to a new country. For me, going with an agency, felt like a good opportunity to avoid problems.
When I just arrived I was welcomed warm. Everyone was taking care of my well-being, asking if I was okay and if I needed help.
At this moment everything is going well and I already feel at home in Netherlands. The only thing I regret is that I didn't came earlier.
Right now the important thing to do for me is to create a social network, to enjoy free days with friends.

Hello my name is Daniel. I have the pleasure to work with Guido Van Acht, who found me job and accomodotion here in the Netherlands in the city of Den Bosch. He is a person really prestable, organizated and he always try to help in everything he can. He’s a great help for a people who come from outside like me. I was looking for move from Portugal to the Netherlands because I wanted to try new challenges outside of my comfort zone and also because of the salary. My social life here is a bit different than Portugal but I have some friends, we go outside sometimes. In the future I see myself being working in sushi.is Daniel. Over ons
Sinds 2019 zijn we gestart met recruitment van hoofdzakelijk koks en in mindere mate bedieningsmedewerkers in Portugal. In de loop van de jaren zijn er ook kandidaten uit Spanje en Griekenland naar Nederland gekomen.
In het zuidelijk deel van Europa speelt gastronomie een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks leven. Deze aangeboren passie in combinatie met de nog altijd matige arbeidsomstandigheden maken deze gebieden tot een aantrekkelijke plek om op zoek te gaan naar geschikt personeel.
Om de juiste kandidaat te vinden kijken we naar meer dan alleen het CV. Met andere woorden; is het gevoel over de persoonlijkheid of motieven van een potentiële kandidaat niet goed, dan zullen wij een proces in welk stadium dan ook resoluut staken, ook wanneer de beoogde en reeds betrokken ondernemer het hier niet mee eens is. De verantwoordelijkheid om goede mensen te werven ligt dan ook bij ons.
