Van Acht Koks has been active in the hospitality industry since 2019, specializing in the recruitment of culinary professionals from Spain, Greece, Portugal, Italy. We offer comprehensive support including job placement across ’s-Hertogenbosch and Tilburg, accommodation, BSN registration, assistance with tax declarations, and guidance on health insurance benefits, ensuring a smooth relocation and employment process in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a flexible cook who can work across both the hot and cold kitchen sections. You will start on the cold station for the first few months before transitioning to the hot side.

Our venue is fast-paced, with seating for up to 250 guests at a time. On weekends and sunny days, we often serve up to 400 cover for lunch. We are a dynamic business looking for an outgoing, team-oriented personality to join a line of 8 to 9 cooks per shift.

Beyond daily service, we host private parties and dinners, cellar wine tastings, baby showers, large group bookings, and themed events.

Benefits:

• Contract: 38 hours per week (Full-time)
• Salary: ~€3000 gross per month (Excluding 8% holiday allowance)

Requirements:

• Good command of English (~B1)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hot/cold kitchen operations (grill, sauté, meat & fish)
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
• Strong team spirit
• Compliance with HACCP standards
